Yes. UNDER x PERFUME is the fragrance house of Chongqing WoWglowing Technology Co., Ltd., a registered company with a physical store and tasting room in Chongqing, China.
你可以到沙坪坝盛德路 801-802 号实地探访我们。网站采用 HTTPS 安全结账，每笔订单都有真实联系邮箱（info@underxperfume.com）兜底，顾客评价也公开展示。

Every UNDER x PERFUME scent is an original composition — not a dupe or clone of a designer fragrance.
像「众生相 · 祖辈」这样的系列，是从我们自己的故事和气味里长出来的——檀木、黄桷兰、柚子花。名字、配方、瓶身，都是我们自己的。
Collections like «Portraits of Us — The Forebears» are built from our own stories and notes: sandalwood, white champaca, pomelo blossom. The names, the blends and the bottles are ours.

你们的香水是什么浓度（EDP/EDT）？能留香多久？
What concentration are your perfumes (EDP or EDT), and how long do they last?
我们的香水浓度很高——25% 起步，最高可达 32%，已属香精（extrait/parfum）级别，远高于一般的 EDP 淡香精或 EDT 淡香水。
Our perfumes are unusually concentrated — 25% and up, reaching as high as 32% — which puts them at extrait (pure-parfum) strength rather than a typical Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette.
正因为浓度高，留香很持久：肤上最长可达约 48 小时，香气甚至能在衣物上经一次水洗仍有余味。实际留香仍会随肤质、天气和用量而变，请把它当作一个很强的基准，而非固定承诺。
That concentration is why they last: up to around 48 hours on skin, and the scent can even linger on fabric through a wash. Real-world longevity still varies with your skin, the weather and how much you apply, so treat it as a strong baseline rather than a fixed promise.
有哪些规格？有小瓶可以先试吗？
What sizes do you sell? Is there a smaller size to try first?
目前在售三种规格：50ml、10ml，以及 3ml 的 Q 版迷你装——可以先从小瓶开始，确认是你的香再上正装。
We currently offer three sizes: 50ml, 10ml, and a 3ml "Q" mini — so you can start small and size up once you've found your scent.
3ml Q 版是入手 50ml 正装前最省心的试香方式。各规格与价格请看商品页。
The 3ml mini is the easy way to try a fragrance before committing to a full 50ml bottle. Current sizes and prices are listed on each product page.
你们的香水是零残忍（cruelty-free）的吗？含动物源成分吗？
Are your perfumes cruelty-free? Do they contain animal-derived ingredients?
我们不对香水做任何伤害动物的实验；像龙涎香这类香调，我们用的是人造合成版，绝不取自动物。
We don't run any animal-harm testing on our fragrances, and where a note like ambergris appears, it's synthetic — never taken from an animal.
我们不夸大措辞：所谓「零残忍」指的是我们的实验方式，以及用人造版本替代传统动物源香调。若你需要确认某支香不含某种特定成分，写信到 info@underxperfume.com，我们帮你核对配方。
We're careful not to over-claim: "cruelty-free" describes our testing and our use of man-made versions of traditionally animal-derived notes. If you need a specific scent confirmed free of a particular ingredient, email info@underxperfume.com and we'll check the formula for you.

Start from the story and the notes of each scent, then narrow down — and if you are unsure, ask us and we will help.
每支香都有写明的香调和它所围绕的情绪。告诉我们你平时喜欢什么——清新、木质、花香还是甜调——我们会帮你找到最接近的那支。同一支香在不同人皮肤上也会略有不同，这也是「找寻你的 X」的一部分。
Every fragrance has a written note profile and a mood it is built around. Tell us what you usually love — fresh, woody, floral or sweet — and we will point you to the closest match. A scent can also smell slightly different on each person's skin, which is part of finding youR X.
有试香小样能先试再买正装吗？
Do you offer samples or a way to try before buying a full bottle?

Yes. You can buy a 3ml mini of a scent — priced around US$3.99 each (shipping not included) — to try it before committing to a full bottle.

It is real, not a metaphor: the scent you fall for in a bottle, we rebuild as a drink you can taste.
UNDER x PERFUME 以调饮体验馆为核心。借由分子料理，我们把一支香的香调转译成一杯咖啡、一杯鸡尾酒，或一种尚未被命名的饮品——同一种气息，被两次遇见：一次用鼻，一次用舌。
At the heart of UNDER x PERFUME is a tasting room. Using molecular gastronomy we rebuild a fragrance's notes as something you can taste — a coffee, a cocktail, or a drink with no name yet — so one identity is met twice: once by the nose, once on the tongue.
我不在重庆，也能体验调饮吗？
Can I experience the tasting room if I am not in Chongqing?
调饮体验馆在我们重庆门店里；但你不必到场也能拥有这些香——瓶装香水我们寄给你，包括寄往美国各地。
The tasting room is inside our Chongqing store, but you don't need to be there to wear the scents — we ship the bottled perfumes to you, including across the United States.

寄到美国需要交关税或进口税吗？
Will I have to pay customs duties or import tax in the US?
任何美国进口关税或税费由美国海关规定、由收件人承担，未包含在商品价格里。
Any US import duties or taxes are set by US customs and are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included in the item price.
是否产生关税取决于你的订单金额和当前美国进口规定。近期中国寄美的进口规则有变动，建议下单前按你的订单金额查一下最新门槛；若到付有关税，由收件人支付。
Whether duty applies depends on your order value and current US import rules. Rules for goods shipped from China have changed recently, so we recommend checking the current threshold for your order value before ordering. Any duty charged on delivery is paid by the recipient.
不喜欢可以退换吗？已经开封了呢？
Can I return or exchange a perfume, and what if I have opened it?
出于卫生考虑，香水一经拆封或使用即不可退货。
For hygiene reasons, once a perfume has been opened or used it can't be returned.

Where we come from
你们的香水在哪里生产？「中国制造」会影响品质吗？
Where are your perfumes made? Does "made in China" affect the quality?
我们的香水在中国制造，根在重庆——这是我们的骄傲，不是妥协。
Our perfumes are made in China, rooted in Chongqing — and that is a point of pride, not a compromise.
重庆是品牌的精神原乡——「众生相 · 祖辈」整个系列就是从这座城市的家庭记忆里长出来的。中式精致香水正在成为一门认真而快速生长的手艺。我们做原创配方，并为之负责：请用香气在你身上的样子来评判我们。
Chongqing is the brand's cultural home — our «Forebears» collection is built from its family memories. Chinese fine fragrance is now a serious, fast-growing craft. We compose original blends and stand behind them: judge us by how the scent wears, not by the map.
